1. Free Pan-India Shipping

We provide Complimentary Free Express Shipping across all pin codes in India on every prepaid and Cash On Delivery (COD) order. There are zero hidden handling fees or surprise shipping surcharges.

2. Dispatch & Order Processing Timelines

• In-Stock Handloom Pieces: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.
• Custom-Stitched / Bespoke Tailoring Pieces: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following final measurement confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Pre-Orders / Bridal Masterpieces: Timeline communicated individually based on artisan weaving schedule.

3. Delivery Estimates & Express Courier Network

All shipments are handled by premier logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and XpressBees with tamper-evident secure packaging:

• Metro Cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 4 to 6 business days.

4. Cash On Delivery (COD) Advance Token

To confirm your delivery address and prevent false orders, COD orders require a nominal advance booking token (typically ₹500 or 15% of order value) payable via UPI upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is paid directly to the courier agent upon doorstep delivery.

5. Real-Time Tracking Updates

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our atelier, an express tracking link and AWB number are automatically dispatched to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
