Welcome to Butta Bomma Collections. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or communicating via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Handcrafted & Handloom Characteristics
Our catalog includes authentic handloom silks, hand-embroidered zardozi work, and artisan block prints. Minor natural slubs in weaving, gentle variations in thread luster, and subtle differences in handcrafted embroidery are distinctive hallmarks of genuine artisanal heritage, not flaws or manufacturing defects.
3. Orders, Pricing & Inventory Availability
- All prices are indicated in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
- We reserve the right to correct accidental typographical errors in pricing. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before dispatch.
- Stock is decremented on a real-time basis. In the rare event of concurrent purchases exceeding stock, the affected patron will be offered an alternative weave or a full immediate refund.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments through UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Cash On Delivery (COD). For COD orders, a nominal advance token is required to initiate dispatch. Balance is payable upon delivery.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand graphics, product photographs, videos, logos, and written content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Butta Bomma Collections. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
