1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange & Return Window
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our heirloom weaves. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, fabric flaw, transit damage, or size discrepancy, you may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 calendar days of parcel delivery.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
- The piece must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfumes or makeup marks.
- Original luxury packaging, authenticity silk tags, and invoice must be preserved.
- Unboxing Video: For claims regarding missing items or physical transit damage, a short continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the courier package is required.
3. Custom Stitched & Bespoke Tailoring Pieces
Items custom tailored to personalized measurements (e.g. stitched blouses, fall-pico finished sarees, customized lehenga skirts) are crafted exclusively for you. These pieces are eligible for complimentary master alterations to ensure a flawless fit, rather than full refunds.
4. Simple Return Process

- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your doorstep via our courier network.
- Once the item passes inspection at our boutique atelier, your exchange piece or refund is initiated within 3 business days.
5. Refund Timelines
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are credited directly to your bank account via UPI / NEFT upon receipt of account details.
